Welcome to CorvixMCP ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CorvixMCP software, website located at https://corvixmcp.dev, command-line interfaces, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers (collectively, the "Software" and "Services").

By purchasing a license, downloading, installing, or using CorvixMCP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees:

Community Tier: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the free features of the Software for personal or internal commercial evaluation.
Pro Tier License: Upon purchasing a Pro subscription or license via our authorized merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and run the Pro features on up to two (2) hardware devices owned or controlled by you.

2. Air-Gapped Operation & Local Processing

CorvixMCP is designed as an air-gapped, local security tool. All topology parsing, attack path evaluation, and visual remediation generation execute locally on your physical or virtual hardware. We do not transmit, ingest, inspect, or store your infrastructure code, cloud credentials, or architecture files on any external server.

3. License Keys & Seat Verification

Pro licenses are authenticated using machine hardware fingerprinting and cryptographic offline validation. You may not share, distribute, resell, or publicly publish your license keys. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that violate seat limitations or show abusive activation patterns.

4. Billing, Renewals & Refunds

Our order process and billing are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, merchant of record liabilities, invoice delivery, and sales tax compliance.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy or within 14 days of purchase if the Software fails to operate as described on your supported hardware.

5. Restrictions & Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, compiled binaries, and intellectual property rights in CorvixMCP remain with CorvixMCP. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the licensing validation mechanisms or binary entitlements, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE CORVIXMCP ASSISTS IN IDENTIFYING MULTI-HOP EXPOSURES AND PRIVILEGE ESCALATION RISKS, IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CLOUD ENVIRONMENT OR APPLICATION WILL BE IMMUNE FROM COMPROMISE OR SECURITY BREACHES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CORVIXMCP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PRODUCTION DOWNTIME, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
